The cluster is stuck on 120 mph how do you fix the problem? does gm assist if under a certain miles on the vehicle?

7yr/70,000 miles. It needs new stepper motors in the cluster. This info pertains to 2003-2007 classic GMT-800 trucks

Can you purchase the stepper motors?

Yes, but you have to solder them on. And I have been told you need to be delicate because that circuit board can burn easy
