Can I make this work? Navigation help??

I am looking into information about a radio that I want to buy from a friend.. I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado NBS with bose... is there any possible way I could make a delphi navigation pn 15942546 into my truck???

It is out if a saturn vue but from what I read it should work. Call Gregg at CPS (search this forum he will pop up) and ask him. He will also have the antenna you need as well as t he disc if you dont have one. He can also unlock them but compare with your local dealer to see if it is worth mailing it to him.
