Interior Parts/Pieces Replaceable?

In my 2006 Silverado that i have had since August last year there are two things i would like to ask input for.

 

1. Passenger front door grille that is is getting all cooroded/discolored and does not look good anymore. Are those repalceable by themself or have to get whole door panel? If i can replace jsut pull of or how to do correctly?

 

2. There is a little grille thing in the head panel that vibrates badly when cold. What is this thing? Right above drivers seat area. Anyone else have this vibrate probelm and how to fix. Very annoying and itrritating.

The thing above your head is a sensor for the climate control- a temp sensor with a little fan to draw air into it. The fan begins to fail and it makes noise, pretty common I guess. I think it's called a climate control aspirator.

yup that looks like the area where the culprit making the noise.

 

Anyone on the speaker grille?
