OnStar problems

Any one else having problems using your mobile device to work your OnStar? Spent 10 minutes today going in on my phone to accecpt all the new stuff and then it tells me that it no longer supports my truck???? What the heck is that about it is only 3 years old not 13 or 30!!!! And of course I try and get online to ask them about it and the only thing I can do is send them an email that they will answer in the next 2 busness days.

The online thing was phased in- I don't think all 2010s work. Did yours work before?

Jim, yours being a 2011 should work. Sounds like what your trying to do is hook up your cell phone thru Bluetooth tho, not OnStar. To sync you just hold the button on steering wheel and say pair. Then follow prompts.

Mike, I used my phone all weekend to lock, unlock and start my truck. Saw a notice somewhere that they were doing a system upgrade and that the phone app would not work for a while late Sat night or Sunday, so I did not try to use it til this afternoon. It will not even let me sign in on my phone but I can go online here and sign in just dont find any help with my problem.

Are you running the newest app version? On my iPhone the app updated recently.

I just tried it this afternoon and it works again, all is good in the land.
