I had 227 on my 04 b4 I sold it. I head it's still sneaking around too

My buddy has almost 300k miles on LB7, on 2nd set of injectors, 2nd front end...but otherwise great shape. Injectors are known issue, he put in exergy 40 overs and not an issue since...key to long lasting diesel is cool down time. I cringe when I see guys pull over off the highway towing, or even just into a parking lot and shut it down immediately. Letting them idle down is key along with routine maintenance. I don't care what anybody says I change oil every 4k-5k miles in my diesel.
