Only one E-fan is operating

It is 105 here. I was towing 6000 lbs and A/C on high. Only one fan working. The driver side fan sat motionless. Both were working last week.

Start simple. remove the connector(s) where applicable and check for any abnormalities in the plug or in the wiring.

Relay plugs melted a bit. changed 2 swapped 2 relays and swapped the 2 fuses and both work. No new parts, just changed positions

I know, but one of the plugs for the relays is melting so I may have to get a new harness

Get the oem one this time. Problem solved.

Chris, did you get around to a fix or replacing your harness yet? Did your truck come with e-fans or did you do the Blackbear aftermarket mod? I have 2 new harnesses from LS1fans.com leftover from my '02 and the Blackbear mod. If you can use one, let me know and I'll send it to you.
