How to remove back plastic panel on 2013 seat

Would like to pull fabric off my truck seat to fix some squeaking and maybe install heaters while apart. Does anyone know how to pull the plastic piece off the back of the seat? I think once that is off I can figure out how to remove the fabric.

Front Seat Back Cushion Finish Panel

Procedure

2. On the right and left sides of the upper portion of the
   seatback panel, insert a flat bladed tool between the seatback panel and the
   seat back cushion to release the upper retainer tabs on each side.
3. 
   
4. Push the tool against the tabs to release.
5. 
   
6. Carefully flex the seatback panel outward to slide the top
   tabs out of the retainer slots.
7. 
   
8. On right and left sides of the lower portion of the seatback
   panel, insert a flat bladed tool between the seatback panel and the seat back
   cushion to release the retainer tabs.
9. 
   
10. Carefully pull back on the seatback panel, all released tabs
    must be clear of all obstructions.
11. 
    
12. Lift up on the panel to remove from the bottom of the seat
    back frame, using a flat bladed tool to disengage the bottom clips if necessary.
