Adding Factory NAV to 2013 Sierra SLE w/o Nav

I just purchased a 2013 Sierra Ext Texas edition and it has all the options I wanted except for Nav. Its equiped with the Convience Package and backup camera. Has anyone tried to swap a factory nav unit from a SLT sierra or Yukon in an SLE and had it work. I dont care if the backup camera sill shows through the rear view mirror but I just like to have the use of factory nav. I looked at a Rosen unit but Im leary of it causing possible issues.

I disagree - having installed several aftermarket navs (pioneer,jvc, jensen) and comparing them to my current one, I would say the factory system on my 13 is the best there is. Factory integrated rules, especially wo dvd -its way better than my wifes murano. However, it costs an arm and a leg to retrofit. The reason to go aftermarket is to save at least a grand...

Shouldn't have to retrofit. The 2012-2013 are HD units and are primarily plug and play from what I've read. Member on another forum has about 20 for sale for $950 shipped each.
