2014 Bed Hold Downs

I've noticed on the 14' CC Silvy television commercials that there's four upper and four lower bed hold downs. I ordered my LT Z71 in July, it was built in early August. I only have the four lower ones. Was this an option that I missed or something that GM started including in the latest built trucks?

lovemytruck, Its an option for the upper 4 tie downs installed by dealer for $60. I saw them advertised on ebay.

They are optional. $60 if they are equipped from the factory but they are $100 when you buy them after the fact. 23146899 is the part number.

Comes standard with the Sierra's.
