The 1100 Event Code Thread

I am new the forum and new to GMC trucks (actually this is my first American Car is a long long time). I order a Denali with the 6.2 about two weeks ago, and today I received an email that my truck is scheduled to be built on March 31. That was a lot quicker than expected.

 

My dealer gave my my order number and the link to GMCConnects.com. I filled in the information/verified my email, etc, but when I go to check on my order, all I get is page not found/failed to open page.

 

Is this normal?

That gmconnects website doesn't work unfortunately.

 

You can do a couple of things to get updates on your order:

1. Go to gmc.com and click on the red "Chat Now" link on the right side of the web page...you'll get connected with a chat rep and they will reconnect you with a customer service rep who can provide you with an update...have your order number available for them.
2. You can send a private message to the GM Customer Care members here on this forum...Jennifer or Andraya are two names that pop in my head. They be super helpful as well.
3. Last option you have is to simply communicate with your dealer...
