Stable trac problem

2006 Yukon 6.0 stable trac message comes up and a hesitation with a quick 2 second vibration noise near drivers side engine area ..cannot figure out how to fix this ..when I disable the stable trac button everything is fine ..does this random only sometimes..but no issues when I disable the system ..any ideas

There are codes. A shop with a Tech 2 or equivalent device needs to scan as a regular parts store scanner cant read that info. If you can give us a code we can possibly know what it is

there are no codes to read ..I think ..like check engine codes??? .if thats what your talking about just a quick pause.. stable trac message.. 2 second noise.. and thats it ..seems to be engaging on its own for no reason at all

Each module will throw it's own codes. Does the message that comes up say "Service Stabilatrac" ?

no just a 2 second hesitation then a noise on drivers side feet area then stable trac message ..and thats it ..seems to go into stable trac mode for no reason..no service stable trac message at all

are the ABS lights on or other messages on the DIC?
