not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but would putting hockey pucks inbetween your leaf springs add a lift? someone's telling me it would, and be considered a suspension lift.

Hockey pucks have been used for body lifts on the old square body pickups but I never heard of them used as a suspension lift.
