2014 Silverado LTZ Video Problems

I can't seem to get any video form my iphone or any SD cards to play in my truck. Is there any specific file format that they have to be in?

I can't seem to get any video form my iphone or any SD cards to play in my truck. Is there any specific file format that they have to be in?

 

 

I believe they have to be .Mp4 files.....whereas iPhone files are in .Mov format.

 

Let me know if either work.....or try converting to an .AVI and see if that helps!
