What did you pay for your 2014 Silverado? (list specs and price)

Hello, I am in the market for a new 2014 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab, and while I do have the employee discount, I wanted to see what people were paying without the discount? I've heard that some dealers have offered incentives even better than employee pricing combing all current offers etc.

I'm looking at a Silverado 1500 crew-cab with the standard bed (5.8ft?) LTZ w/ the Texas Edition (5.3 V8)...I don't really need all that, was looking for an nice package with the 4.3L v6 but was told that it is impossible to find a nicely equipped V6 with all the goodies not to mention it is only a 1MPG difference. Is that true?

Just trying to get an idea - If you can, please post your drive out price along with the MSRP and how much you got off (don't forget to mention the package(s)!)

Thanks in advanced everyone!

p.s. any idea when the 2015 Silverados are coming out?

p.s.s. This is my first GM vehicle!

I purchase back in September and bought an Ltz exactly to my specs. I received a few in-person prices using differing forms (Costco auto, trueprice, etc...) then I email-bombed dealers and pitting them against each other. I was prepared to build a trick to my specs but found one a few hours away that ending up beating my best price anyways.

Truck:

Crew cab LTZ 4x4

5.3 - 3.42 ratio

LTZ Plus package

Sport package

Front bucket seats

Heated and cooled seats

Integrated trailer brake

Polished exhaust tip

All weather floor mats

MSRP - $47,490 (back in September. It's now $48,975)

Price agreed upon before discounts (what was used when negotiating between dealerships): $42,900

Trade-in allowance - $1,000

Chevy private offer - $1,000

Final Price before tax, titles, and fees: $40,900

Out-the-door price after tax, title, plates, etc..: $43,350

My Trade-in took another 2500 off but the deal was negotiated before mentioning the trade

ETA - forgot to mention the invoice price was $44,794.

I just purchased my first Silverado. I bought a crew cab with the short bed in the ltz trim. Vehicle was a demo. It had 5000 miles on it. It didn't have a sunroof or DVD. Seemed to have all other options. It is not a 4x4. I paid 35k before tt&l.
