Just got back from dealer to get service on my 2012 2500 HD this is the second time I have asked them to change the tire TPM to read what my new tires presser limit is, 50lds

 

he gives me a #PIT4506C memo from GM that they are not to change it and that he has no code to tell him how is there some code I can give him to do this or is it just not going to happen with this dealer in fear he may get into trouble with GM? Just want the presser to read correct for the tires I am running.
