Opinions needed on options

I am trying to decide between two trucks. They are both black on black crew cab, short box, 4x4. Z71. They both have trailer brake controllers, heated/cooled seats, and 3.42 rear end. Here are the differences:

 

Truck A has the Crew Cav Value "Plus" package (bright machined RD3 wheels) and that's all.

 

Truck B has the Crew Cab Value package (NZM chrome aluminum wheels), tilt/telescoping wheel, nav, and preferred package.

 

Is truck B worth ~$1700 more than Truck A? Advantages to truck B is that I can get it in Feb (my current incentives are $3150). Truck B is scheduled for a march build, so who knows what the incentives will be. But if the incentives are less, so is the truck.

 

Decisions, decisions... I welcome all your opinions. Thanks!

That is a tough decision.... I personally would go with truck A because the options on truck B aren't worth the gamble for incentive to me. Let us know which you decide to go with!

I'm confused, what truck is available in Feb and which is a march build?

Truck B is available in feb. Truck a is being built in March. Sorry for the confusion.

Quite a bit of what you're paying for in Truck B is the nav system.

 

Just my opinion, and from what I've observed, the nav system isn't worth the $$. I've heard it's somewhat quirky and I personally think it's much more confusing than a good-old Garmin (which you probably already own). I don't even mount the Garmin - I just sit in on the console between the seats and it holds the satellite signal. Anyway, just my $.02 worth.

That is a good input, and I have my iphone for nav so I don't really want nav. But it does have parking assist and it's available now. If I knew incentives would remain where they are or increase in March, I would definitely wait...

B: Personal preference to those options. Your incentives are good, my guess probably better in March, but I still prefer the options on B.

Why wait? Get truck B as soon as you can, if money were a BIG issue you would not be looking at spending all your beer and cig money on a truck anyway now would you??? I got the CC SLT Z72 4x4 5.3 3.42 with nav and all that stuff and for me to smile and be happy every time I walk outside to fire up my new truck is well worth a few extra bucks. I could have settled for a lot less truck but have you not seen the new Cadillac ELR TV commercial with Neal McDonough?
