1995 4.3 vortec samurai wont start and i'm baffled!!

I have a cool samurai with a much loved 4.3 in it. Sat in the garage for the winter and was itching to smell some rubber so i decided to go grab some milk and mark the pavement with the customary burnout. Wont start!

Will fire up with starter fluid

Replaced the fuel regulator unther the intake

Has 12v to the CPI and fuel regulator

Just checked Pressure have around 60 when it cranks then drops to around 30 after i let of the cranking.

 

It seems there is no fuel getting past the CPI

Tried taking apart the cpi this morning and still nothing....

got it running, all the gm techs must be out fixing crapy gm trucks!
