Ford torsion keys

I know there is a bunch of threads on this subject but I could really find out if the Ford keys(XL3Z-5B328-CA) will work on my 2000 2500. Can anyone out there give me a good answer. ???

Is your 2500 an 8 lug wheel or HD model? If so then no. You need to buy gm part # 15592573 (these are 1/2 ton keys) they are less than 14.00 each at gmpartsdirect.com. If your truck is a 6 lug non HD model than the ford keys will work. This is what Victoria off road will sell you and Hill 4wd will sell you for $100.00 and up.

kenhilton or whomever,

I talked to parts today and they said that part number had 4 differant color codes to it, green,orange.purple,and white. They couldn'nt tell me which one is the right one to give me more adjustment. Can anyone tell me the right one.
