2013 silverado navigation

Hey guys I have a question. I have a 2013 silverado with Bluetooth XM radio and back up camera in the rearview mirror. My friend is selling me his navigation unit off his 13 silverado other than buying the GPS antenna can I just plug and play? Or do I have to do a vin reset and if so is this hard or too much from the dealership? Thanks for the help

You will also have to get an adaptor harness to get the navigation radio to fit where a standard radio was from the factory.
