Mirror shake

I have the GM camper mirrors on my truck and as of latley the top glass on the passengers mirror shakes almost to the point of being unuseable while driving on the highway. Is there anyway to remedy this? The mirror is tight to the truck. I bought the GM ones becuase i heard of people haveing this problem with the aftermarket mirrors. Thanks in advance.

Have you pulled the inner plate and checked the mount screws? Just because the mount feels tight against the door frame, doesnt mean it that one of the screws have not backed out or studs broke off. Hope not, but they do hang out there and get bounced around a lot. Good luck!

The GM ones on my work truck are the same way yet the aftermarket ones on my personal truck are just fine.... Strange

I didn't have a chance this weekend sense it was raining the hole time to check the mounting bolts but i will try to one day this week afterwork and see if that is the culprit.
