Tune, HID headlights or rigid fog lights?

Trying to figure out what my next mod for $500 should be. Which would you go for?

i have the rigids, i like them..tune would be next on my list..

I would tune it, mine has roughly 2 days left before it gets violated. Personally, lights are on the bottom of my list till next hunting season.

Like to hear about the rigid lights? Where did you install the light? Behind the grill? Considering doing this to my 14?
