MBRP Single Side Exit cat-back exhaust

I installed this system last week and figured I'd post up a sound clip since I could not find one anywhere online. Easy install although I did need to jack the truck up at the frame to get enough room between the rear axle and the body to remove the stock exhaust in one piece. Definitely louder than stock but not too bad. Once the truck is at up to speed and drops into 6th gear you can hardly tell it's there. But you will know when it's under load or accelerating. I purchased the system through Autoanything and with 20% off it was at more door for $472. Video was done with my phone so nothing spectacular.

keep us posted on this,i heard these systems get louder over time. how bad is it in the cab when you get on it?

It does seem to have gotten a bit louder since putting it on a couple weeks ago and probably a couple hundred miles. It's really hard to say about cab noise since it's really a judgement call to each person. I could see it getting on a persons nerves if you were going up a long steady grade and the truck stayed in 5th gear, that's probably when it's at it "worst". For what it's worth my wife and kids haven't mentioned it. But once it drops into 6th it all but disappears, you know it's there but there is no drone. My truck is a CC long bed with vinyl floors and a cap on the back so different configurations may have different noise levels also. I'll post up again if it gets any louder. Maybe I'll try and make a "in the cab" sound clip too.
