WILL NOT START ..... No Spark.....Fuel guage spiked

2001 3500 SAVANA last week would not start, waited a while the she started. Yesterday would not start. No spark at plugs or coil. Changed rotor, cap, coil and emc. Turn and turn no start. . Noticed the fuel guage spiked beyond full when she would not start. Went back later and she cranked right up. When she cranked the fuel guage was back to center reading properly. Went back this morning. Tried to start, fuel guage spiked again, no spark
