Has anyone found snap on custom tow mirrors available for the 1500? Two months ago etrailer said K-Source and CIPA were working on them.

I believe there are 3 different suppliers that make these....K Source, CIPA, and Longview. The only one I have contacted so far is KSource and here is their reply from the beginning of March....If someone finds about the other two please post it here as the camping season is coming fast.

"We are scheduled to have it in our stock in August of this year.

We hate to miss the whole season but this is the best we can. Marco"

Longview has just released their version of the add-on tow mirrors and have them available on e-trailer http://www.etrailer.com/Custom-Towing-Mirrors/Chevrolet/Silverado+1500/2014/LVT-1800.html?vehicleid=20143091174. Anyone try Longview? I like the idea or the K-source or CIPA snap on style but both just companies just informed me they have no ETA on when they will be available and likely will not be available until approx September.

What a joke for the availability of slip on mirrors for these new trucks. Come on, they have been out for over a year. I said screw it and blew 600 on oem tows

I ordered the Longviews since I was tired of waiting and don't really want the factory tows for the couple times a month I pull a trailer. I'll check back in when they arrive.

That video is for the 2013 1500s and the 2014 HD....not the 2014 1500. Keep is updated on how they look. I am hoping they lose the embossed flames the ones in this video have.
