1999 Gauge cluster lights not working plus more

I checked all the fuses and nothings blown but no lights light up but all the gauges work fine just can't see at night
Also the low beams and high beams are low and may battery light is on every time before I crank the truck and my radio cuts off sometimes at red lights
My volt meter says around 14v I think so I know it's charging.

Have the battery load tested and test the charge system also. Check all battery cable connections and the condition of the cables themselves. Check and clean body grounds

This is the classic punch the cluster till it lights up deal gm trucks that year range are notorious for it. I have to do it in mine for a couple lights at least until I get my led gauge put in
