Problems updating OGM1 maps

Has anyone had any issues updating their maps on the OGM1 using the naviextras toolbox? I updated all my content to the most current maps and now when i use the nav, it only shows my basemap, with no streets or anything else. I checked the SD card and all the content is on there, and when the SD card is installed in the unit, all the 2013 Q3 content shows but it says "inactive content".

 

I'm sure it's a naviextras issue and not an issue with the advent, so I have an email in to their customer service.

Update:

 

Got it working. I'm still not 100% sure what their fix was, but their customer service had me restore my original backup, and re-download the content i bought. This time there was an extra download called "navigation fix" in addition to my purchased maps.

 

Pretty sure this navigation fix is what did it, I wish they would have told me what the issue was, but I think it had something to do with the licenses being bad.

 

So in a nutshell, there is nothing you can do if this happens to you (other then try to restore backup and re-download, which I did before i contacted them). Email their customer service with your license folder attached in .zip format and wait for them to respond.
