New RECALL 2014

i got the recall notice (14315) in the mail today. said the radio needs to be reprogrammed and the dealership will need my vehicle longer than the actual reprogramming time of approximatley 2 hours 15 minutes. i wonder if they can give me rear speaker volume while they are at it? paid for six, get noise out of four. and what reprogramming takes 2 plus hours? my crappy laptop plays better music and i can update it weekly (if required) in about 5 minutes.

they did say they are concerned about my safety and continued satisfaction with their products. well, i don't feel unsafe. satisfied? i will post about how this recall goes then tell if i am satified or not. but at least this one does not involve the possibilty of the truck burning down. that is a plus.
