2014+ OEM Chrome Tailgate handle installation

Anyone have install instructions? Just got one in the mail today from fleabay. I did a search but nothing came up.

Looks pretty straightforward, only part I'm not sure about is swapping out the backup camera. In the box was a sheet that said "download instructions through GM S.I. under the accessories manual section", which I assume only dealers have access to.

I've installed the tailgate handle and it is quite easy. You will need a good set of Torx drivers. I've attached the document you are looking for.

It was very easy to install. BTW the backup camera and it's bracket just screws into the back of the handle with two torx screws. I removed the camera first, set it aside, no need to unplug it, plenty of extra wire present to just pull it out of the way. Also removing the lock cylinder and installing on the new handle was easy too, just a little fiddly. The camera and the lock cylinder swaps are not part of the instructions but are self explanatory. Did you get the all chrome assembly or the one where only the handle itself is chrome?

I got the OEM handle where just the handle is chrome. I have seen the aftermarket ones where the entire thing is chrome. My guess is that GM left it black on the surround because the chrome around the backup camera ccould glare and obscure the camera view when backing into the sun.... Safety issue.
