2008 Silverado weird lighting issues, HELP!

i'm new here, and i'm sure some of what i have has been discussed but I am gonna put my problem out there! 2008 silverado 1500 4x4 lt, 5' rcx lift, ALOT of custom lighting, viper alarm. What i'm getting at is this truck is far from stock.

Well about 2 months ago I wanna say i noticed my led turn signal lights started to flicker, didnt think much of it at the time, but ever since then my floorboard leds have started to do it too, and my interior leds. NOW my AC premium canbus hid's flicker as well. Sometimes as well when I press the brake, ALL of my lights dim, it used to only be the inside ones but now it is all of them. Yesterday after my truck being parked for awhile I noticed that all my setting on the radio and A/C had been reset, but the truck wasn't touched.(there was a storm that came through and knowing my luck got struck by lightning or something stupid lol) I recently did a test on the whole flicker thing, and when idling it does it at a very fast annoying pace, but when stepping on the gas or accelerating, the flicker seems to slow down, or even maybe go away in some lighting. I have tried to rule out alot of things, changed the alternator, wasnt that. I have tested the battery and it seems to be responding well. btw, my volt guage always seem to be right about 14. I have looked at the grounds, they seem okay, but havnt done any real soul searching. To me this seems like a ground issue or mild short, but I am kind of at a loss now. HELP!
