Greetings to all. My fuel gauge has become possessed. Sometimes works fine. Others....not so much. Will start registering way to the right. At times almost to the 8 o'clock position, depending on how much fuel I have. What are the thoughts from you Bowtie Guru's?

Either the cluster or the sending unit but a scanner can verify or a garage

I have the same problem with my whole cluster. None of them work now. I just need to buy a new and redesigned cluster

  $3.93 for 87 octane. $4.73 for 93 octane. $4.70ish for diesel. But a short drive can see prices swings as high as $5.30's still.

  Thanks for the reply. Im not sure what you mean by the hype Nate puts out. I dont really know much about either trans. I do hear more about the 10 speed transmission having issues but im sure it's only a small % of them that are manufactured. I have heard that the 10 keeps you in the power curve more with less Rpm drop. My stepfather has a 10 speed in his 1/2 ton and im not crazy about the way it shifts and he has started experiencing shudder at 100k.
