I'm sure they'll start with a base at around $19,000 and an LS at $22,000 then all the way up to 50 grand for it loaded

It was posted on gmi that pricing is due this afternoon sometime.

Well for some reason they only released a price for the gmc 4x4 club cab short box with all the goodies runs around 38k. I'm sure the diesel equipped version will put it over 40k.

Unless they offer decent incentives, it's going to be interesting how well this pans out for these trucks.

Just what I figured. To high priced for the trim and options I'd want.

Same here. I was hoping to get a nice Z71 crew to drive daily, and then a 2500HD for real 'truck stuff'.....but it looks too high priced for such a little truck. Might as well get a nice HD and drive it every day. $34k will buy a whole lot of gas for that 6.0, haha.

After parking next to one in my silverado I realized they were still too small, but still figured for my needs if a decently optioned 4x4 crew with the 6 ft bed was 30k I would still be interested. Man these things are expensive, I don't even want to know how much more they want for the diesel, which is the only engine I was interested in. I can also see gm only offering the diesel on high trim packages too like they do with the 6.2 and cruze.

When you can walk into dealers and get a 40k k2xx truck for 35k otd, how will they sell any of these things? Price is too close imo.
