Will 275/70R18 Fit on stock Chevy

I have a 2010 Extended cab Z71 4X4 stock truck and currently running 265/70R18 Nitto Grapplers and wanted to know can I run 275/70R18 on it without rubbing or flexing issues?

Not on a stock truck no. You would at least need a leveling kit and even then you may have to trim depending on what tire you get. I am running 275/70/18 Grabber AT2's and I have rough country's 4.75" lift so I have plenty of room.
