AC Acting Weird

For a little while now my air conditioning has only been blowing out through the defroster up top, no matter what direction I put it in on the control unit. I first changed out the control unit, that didn't resolve the problem. I then took it to a local mechanic shop to troubleshoot it for me, they then said that the blend/mode door actuator is faulty. So i then changed the one out that I saw on a Youtube video that said that it was under the glove box. But the issue is still present.

There are 3 actuators, you got the wrong one

I replaced the one under the glove box and found the one by the gas pedal, which I read online is another mode actuator, but that one has cracked internal gears
