Waiting for a custom order? Check the dealer's website for "In

I was curious if my custom order would appear on the dealer's website marked as "In Transit" when it shipped. It did. (I know its mine as an unique build, exact feature match and this dealer doesn't do many HDs).

ah, it needs an order number which I do not have . .at least I don't think I do . .have to check paperwork but I'm pretty sure there's nothing official.

The order tracking website never worked for me and my vehicle never showed as "in transit" on the dealer website.

The online order tracking never worked for me either (or my sales guy), they always had to call for status.

 

I finally hit the "chat" option on that website and asked about it and told they are aware the tracking doesn't work.

Ordered mine in July and haven't heard anything. Don't really want it til hauling season is over but . . .. kind of want to enjoy it in the nice weather, too,
