My old man's new 2015i 2500HD

So my dad just bought a new 2500HD. It was ordered back in early August I believe, but he was lucky enough to get one of the first 2015i's that our local dealership has received. I guess it paid off for him to drag his feet when deciding on exactly what to order, haha. It's an LTZ 6.0 gasser with a few extras. MSRP was $49k and some change. Just though I'd share a few pics, since I know how much y'all like pictures This was the day he brought it home. He's got a few little mods planned, but nothing too crazy. Nice! That must be the new 18" wheel. Meh lol. Wish it wasn't chrome. Seems like it needs to be the forged polished style instead.

Yep, those are the new chrome 18's. I'm not really a fan of them, but I'm also not a huge fan of chrome in general, haha. My dad loves them...along with the chrome mirror caps, door handles, window trim, nerf bars, etc. Generation gap I guess...

GM did a mid model change and simply used the "i" to show the change, different 18+20in. wheels, different mirriors, and 4g internet radio is the basics.

Yep, like SMiller said, it's basically a 2015.5. GM made a few upgrades/changes in the middle of the 2015 model year, and just added an 'i' to the end of the 2015 to designate the newer models.
