Has anyone had a buy back from GM?

Why was the vehicle bought back? How many attempts to fix the problem? Was the lemon law used? Did you need an attorney? Please include as many details as possible!

there are threads where it a post or two has talked about getting god results but there is no thread where anyone who has gotten a buyback can list what worked so we can see what has worked for others

 

I would add to the question to include weather it wads a buyback (refund) or a buyout (replacement truck) and weather it was offered to you before the hearing or after they were directed to do it

ok, yes I thought this was the same thread that was started on the 25th, I didn't realize it was another one started up on the very next day
