lifted truck // need help with gears

I have a 01 gmc yukon xl 1500. I put a 6 1/2 bds suspensiin lift, 3" body lift w/ 37's .Is there any suggestions on the gears I should run.

4:56 even 4:88's IMO

Since he has a yukon XL he needs the 4.88's. Thats a lot of weight. Since your gonna need to get the speedo calibrated how about a blackbear tune

That's a lot of vehicle, and a lot of tire....but with the old 5.3 and 4-speed (which means NOT a lot of power or gearing)....so I agree with Blackout07...4.88 if you do a lot of highway cruising, and 5.13 if you drive in town a lot, and tow often. And just FYI, Blackout07 is running 4.88 with his 37's, so he's speaking from personal experience.
