Rear Seat Back on CC Fold?

Stupid question, but does the rear seat back on the crew cab fold down at all? I dropped an umbrella back there and it's stuck... .

yeah I have a CC, hopefully you can reach it from underneath. otherwise you have 8 bolts to take off

I was gonna suggest getting a new umbrella, but sounds like you have it taken care of!
