Which bed liner to choose

I have the Dual Liner and it is well worth the money. Cheaper than spray on or bedrug and can be removed when i sell the truck. No complaints so far.

The dual liner looks to cost the same as the bed rug, $400.

I bought a dual liner for my 13 cc silverado. The quality was garbage. The buld head protector looked like it was cut on a ban saw. Returned it. They sent another and it was the same result. I would never buy one again

I went with Line-X Premium, it was resonable at $499 + $100 for the premium black (lifetime guarantee not to fade to gray).

People that see it regret not going for the premium, the shop by me did a great job.

I actually have a drop in plastic one from the factory but I wasn't a huge fan of it.

I cannot tell very well but it appears they sprayed over all your hook holes, is that typical in a spray in liner?

a bed rug can be removed from the truck also to transfer to your new truck , apply some Velcro straps again on bottom and off you go . And no it won't come out doing 88mph on the hwy.. I wonder how I know ???? You buy what you want , it's your truck !!! Peace !!!

I cannot tell very well but it appears they sprayed over all your hook holes, is that typical in a spray in liner?

It's highly possible but if they did he can still use the hooks by just trimming the caps off were it was sprayed .

Not a big deal unless they sprayed over the bolts on the tailgate making it very difficult to unscrew the plate for access to the lock/handle . Or if they sprayed over the drain holes could be another issue .

Well I've had Line-X in the past and it was awesome! When I placed my 2015 Silverado order I opted for the spray in liner AND the factory rubber bed mat!!! This way its protected by the spray in liner and extra dent protection and anti skid/slide with the rubber mat!

Wondering if the Bedbug is too soft? I'm leaning towards it now but I would hate for it to be so soft that the feet of something heavy like a washing machine or dryer get caught on it... well, because that'd suck.

The Bedrug seems like a fine product. I chose the Dual Liner because it was cheaper than the Bedrug at the time and the rubber mat looked more durable and easier to replace than the Bedrug material. The Dual Liner also has a lifetime warranty that is more inclusive than the Bedrug warranty. As for it blowing out of the bed i use a folding bed cover so that has not been an issue. I don't think you could go wrong either way.

I went with a dual liner, it isn't quite the quality I thought, but for my uses it will work just fine. I occasionally haul something but not often. I couldn't justify spending twice as much or more on a line-x that I was quoted a price for for my uses. I don't have a bed cover installed, the dual liner doesn't budge while driving.

I was leaning towards the Dual Liner but didn't like the idea of drilling holes in my tailgate. Also, I was a little uneasy because I couldn't see, touch and feel before buying. No dealers in my area. Knowing that I was going to use a hard, folding tonneau cover, I opted for the BedRug. I installed it two days ago. Easy install.No holes to drill. No clear coat to scuff. Best of all, it's temporary if you want it to be. Line-X would have been my choice for spray in. I told my wife this was going to be my economical Tahoe. At least more so than the real Tahoe. I now have the bed covered with a Fold-A-Cover G4 Elite. I've installed the Pop and Lock for the taligate lock. I just have to finish running the wires to the dash for power. Locking cover, locking tailgate = the most security possible for the bed cargo.

While installing the BedRug I also installed 4 BullrIng Bullet cargo tie downs. I was told by Bullring that they would work fine with the BedRug. Be advised that is not totally true. I ended up having to put the Bullrings in the bed of the truck first, then cutting a slit for the Bullring, just like for the factory anchor points. It worked out fine. I may even like it better that way.

I bought my truck on 3-02-2015. I tend to research things to death. I've watched every YouTube video on bedliners, hard covers and accessories. The time was well spent and I am very pleased with the results. For those of you considering the BedRug or BedTread, fear not. You will bed glad you did. Looks like carpet but is actually polybutelyne. Will not stain, is impervious to all liquids, including most acids. They say it cleans well but I don't intend to test that. My poor man's Tahoe is complete.
