How much lift to clear 37x13.50s w/ 20x12s and -44 offset??

I'm looking for a black ext cab 03-04 Z71 silverado for sale and when I find one, I intend on lifting it and putting a set of 37x13.50x20 mud grapplers with 20x12 moto metal 962s with a -44 offset. This brings me to my question: How many inches of lift will I need to be able to clear this size tire with this much offset w/o any rubbing if I can help it. Also what would be the best lift set up to go with?
