Mounting tool box for easy removal?

I have an under the rail type tool box for my 04 Silverado. It sits flush with the bed rails and sits on the bed itself. I am trying to figure out a way to mount it but still be easily removed when needed. I would like to use wing nuts or something like that. Anyone done this or have any ideas?

Sliding rails?

Thats not a bad idea.

Drill through the bed and secure with 3-4 bolts. Just be careful where you drill.
