need help asap

Ok, I'm driving back from thanksgiving, doing about 70, all sudden, reduced power, tc and sc turn off. Don't want to restart yet because it is zero degrees and not near a town yet. I have what is in my sig plus bbt tuned headers I put on about 1000 miles ago. Any suggestions? Don't want to freeze.

Bad gas? Did you just gas up?

Did just gas up, put 10 gallons on but had about 5 already in

91 octane

Made it to the next town, filled the rest of the tank up with 91 again, truck did turn back on, still save issue. The usage is very jumpy.

Idle is jumpy, not usage.

Ok, on the road again, tc and sc are functioning. Idle is fine, but still have the check engine light on. Have full power back.

bad gas / moisture in tank . I would put a can of gas line de-icer in the tank. fuel pump is in the tank, don't go under 1/4, it keeps the pump cool. have dealership check for codes. good luck.

You have a throttle body code , , it defaults to a certain RPM and the TC uses the engine to gain traction it is disabled by turning on the TC lamp

 

There is a special policy that MAY be avail to you , take it in and see
