Cranks but no start

So I recently acquired a 99 sonoma and it doesnt not start. There is fuel going to injectors as we tested the pressure and it read 60psi. There is spark going into and out of distributor. My battery is good reading 13.1v. Compression is ok (like 80 psi or so)and has.

The problem the previous owner had was that it shut down on him while driving and never started back up to running just cranked and cranked. I already replaced fuel pressure regulator, distrubutor cap, ignition control module checked out good and replaced the coil new. Also it wont ignite even if I put starting fluid into TB.

Please help as im at a lost here with this stupid truck.

Thats another thing, a cel is not on and the battery was dead before so since it has started . I even scanned the transmission and engine modules and no codes

So if you spray starting fluid directly into the TB and it still just cranks? Like no fire at all? If that is true you have no spark. Even if compression was really low with starting fluid in there is you had spark it would at least makes some noises and "speed up" the cranking

Yes I spray and still no start. But I checked distributor and spark is going into and out of distributor and all the way to the plug . And yes it kinda sounds like it spins faster.
