06 chevy 4.3L standard transmission fill plug?

I have a 2006 chevy silverado with the 4.3 and standard transmission i need help. I wanna change the trans fluid but I'm not sure where the fill plug is. I am assuming the plug to the left of the oil filter is the drain plug,or is a coolant drain plug?
