A couple of years ago I got into an email exchange with peta because of the way they try to scare children at fast food places. We covered several issues one of which was why if they loved animals so much why do they continue to use vaccines delveloped from animals. The response was something about how the U.S. used to have slaves which was not right but their was a benifit from slaves being used of which everyone has received today even those who didnt condone it. I thought what the h$ll does slaves have to do with vaccines? In the end they told me it was better to eat a large animal (cow) rather then people eating many small animals(chickens). They sure abandoned their beleifs fast.

Yeah,that's going to go over really well.Kids being told that they can't have about.....oh......100% of the non side items from McDonalds.I doubt they'll get much in the way of support for this campaign.

And in regards to their wanting children to resort to a Vegan way of life I'll borrow a phrase that a member from another site uses:

Vegetarian is an old Indian word for Bad Hunter.

I'm quite sure that if cattle had the intelligence and capability,we'd be on their menu and I'll keep that fresh in mind when I sit down to eat some beef ribs that I'm about to put on the smoker.

I want to know who in the heck asked the cows, pigs, and chickens if they wanted to get eaten and actually got an answer. Because I wouldn't eat one that answered either. I'd make all kinds of money on TV with ti and then buy some of it's cousin to eat.

I'll let the pigs run around outside, the chickens sit in the sun, and let cows die of old age once they show me the cash needed to feed the things, and feed myself as well.

Man I hate these Hollywood types that have no clue how the real world works. They are so full of themselves thinking that society can't live without their stupid songs, movies, or other nonsense that they believe their views are the ultimate of importance. They have no clue where their food comes from, how the fire in their buildings is put out, what the people protecting them are doing, or even who takes their garbage away from their multi-million dollar houses, but yet they think they can control that too. I wish I could just urinate on all of them.

So anyway, I was sleeping soundly last night and was awoken by what seemed to be little "cries". Couldnt figure it out. Just barely audible. Went back to sleep but was awoken again a few minutes later. I got up and put my little old man slippers on and went downstairs to see what up. The cries got a little louder as I descended the stairs. Went all through the house but it wasnt coming from inside. As I passed the front door it got a bit louder so I opened the front door to my house. I peeked out to the front of my house, I was shocked and dismayed to find all the plants in my front yard shivering and and shaking and crying out with their little voices "HELP US NEWBIE!! HELP US!!! WE ARE COLD AND WE ARE AFRAID OF DIEING!!! WE ARE COVERED IN ICE!! HELP US NEWBIE!!!! Well, being a member of PET-A-PP (People for the Ethical Treatment of Anything that uses the Process of Photosynthesis) I had to act. I went and got my shovel. I dug up each and every plant that was shivering and crying in my front yard. I brought them inside to save them. Now hours later, they aint looking so good. Kinda wilted and dead looking. They aren't crying anymore though. Maybe I shoulda just left them alone? Now I am really down about the whole thing. Ruined my SuperBowl Sunday. Maybe I should have just realized that God's natural process, while somewhat ugly at times, is a natural and perfect process? There is a food chain, seasons, births/deaths, etc. Maybe its just the way things are in the cosmic scheme of things and that my forced influence just goofs it up? Plants are supposed to be cold in winter? Smaller animals get eaten by bigger animals? Its a perfect plan that needs no help from man?

NAH...........

Now I am in trouble for getting dirt all over the rug.
