Trailer Wiring Connector problems?

The past couple days the "Check Trailer Wiring Connection" and "Trailer Wire Disconnected" pops up every so often. I checked for dirt and salt since it's winter and it looked pretty good. Any one else have this problem? I haven't had a trailer hooked up to it since Sept and it just started it Saturday.

This happen to me on Saturday, I don't drive my truck much. I also haven't had a trailer hooked up since September.

It came on for like 2 seconds went off
