help with a paper #2

i got some good help on the last paper i had to do from the group here. so i figured it was worth a try for this one.

this time around i'm looking for someone who was in Vietnam.

if anyone here or, maybe you know someone who was there that wouldn't mind answering a few questions let me know. it would help me out a lot.

Vietnam Vets are everywhere!!!! We have quite a few of them at work.

From my personal interactions with them, I would say they have all been tramatized by the actions of the that war. It's a shame, but alot of thee guys seem to have alot of skeletons in their closets.

I'd head straight down to the local VFW. There certainly is going to be some good Vets to talk too. I'd also check to see if they would want to sponser you to join the "club". I'm sure someone would sponser you, and the $20 would be well worth it, because our Vets are what this country is made from!!! (plus these clubs always have good deals on beer and food).

I've talked to alot of the guys at work, and the stories they tell, and the attrosities they have experienced are all but beyond my comprehension!!!

Good luck on this paper, and I'm sure it will be an "eye opener".

My uncle is a Vietnam vet, but he is very reluctant to talk about it...that war was hard on him. I guess having to walk through jungles with poisionous snakes hanging from trees (placed there by the Vietmenise) in your face can do that to someone...

One of my History professors has a brother who is a Vietnam Vet. I'll ask her if she thinks he would mind, and get you his email address if he'll elp out. It'll probably be a couple days though, I won't see her until Tuesday.

so far everyone i've attempted to talk to does not want to answer any questions, so i've been kind of out of luck so far. i don't blame them. they have gone through something that i can't fully imagine.
