You gatta help me

As you know I just got my 99 tahoe.  I just did the breaks this weekend and they feel 100% better.  BUT, They are a little spungy and I am still getting ABS Chatter just before I come to a complete stop.  Why is this.  I am brining it to the dealer Wed. To adjust the back breaks and run a diagnostic to see why the ABS kicks in.  He said that is could be a bad wheel speed sensor.  Could it just be air in the lines?  Should I have them just bleed the break system?  Help please.

If they feel spongy, you could well have some air trapped in a line.  That might cause uneven application which could conceivably fool the ABS to try to compensate.

Thanks.  Maybe I will have the shop bleed and adjust the breaks.  Then if they are still screwy I will have them investigate.  Have you ever heard of this kinda thing before?

Thanks for your help.  Well I fixed the ABS Thing last night.  The rear breaks weren't adjusted proporly.  I tried the E-Break pumping thing and it worked.  Breaks are still a little spungy so Fri. I will be taking it in to get bled and adjusted.  I don't want to mess with all the valves and stuff.  I will let you know how I make out.  Thanks for all of your help.
