can you pressure wash a duramax engine the same as a gas one? thanks danny

I wouldn't pressure was it. What I would do is get the engine warm, not hot, then spray it down with a good degreaser like Simple Green or Purple Stuff, let it sit for a few minutes and then lightly hose it off with a stream of water, not a hard spray. Keep most of the water away from electrical connections as much as possible and the alternator. They can get wet, just try not to spray on them with a hard stream. This method has always worked well for me.
