Humming noise at higher speeds

I bought my 2014 crew cab 1500 Silverado last August. And since day one I've had this issue. When traveling at speeds of 55-70mph. Whenever I get off the throttle, I get a sort of humming type noise. I can't tell exactly where it's coming from but sounds like the engine. As soon as I put my foot back in the throttle it goes away. Has anyone else had this issue?

Could it be when the engine switches into V4?

I'm not sure. I'll need to check that the next time I'm on the interstate. How soon after releasing the throttle does it drop to V4? Because the humming sound is immediate.
